FAREWELL TO CANTOR LAUREN

Join us on Friday, June 12 at 6:30 PM for a special Shabbat service as we say a heartfelt farewell to Cantor Lauren Adesnik. Over the past year, Cantor Adesnik has graciously stepped in to lead our community with warmth, talent, and compassion, and her presence has meant so much to all of us at Temple Emanuel.
This bittersweet evening will feature our choir and band as we celebrate the music, spirit, and connection she has brought to our congregation. We hope you will join us to thank Cantor Adesnik, share our appreciation, and wish her all the best in the next chapter of her journey.
CHESAPEAKE BAYSOX GAME
Sunday June 21 1:00pm
Players will be signing autographs before the game, and the Kids Park will be open prior to first pitch. After the game, kids are invited onto the field to run the bases.
We are especially excited that our very own Paul Bolstad will be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, and the Brotherhood Board Dugout Singers will lead “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” during the 7th inning stretch.
The entire Temple Emanuel community is invited to attend. Tickets are $15 each, and a portion of all ticket sales will benefit the Temple Emanuel Brotherhood, helping support Religious School, ECC, youth, and congregational programming throughout the year.
